Make as much open space as possible to allow kids to move around safely.
Cover your TV with a tablecloth or sheet to prevent accidents.
If you have pets (dogs, cats, fish, ponies, etc.), place them in another room during the party. The same goes for very young siblings—babies attract attention at the wrong moments!
